North Meadow is closed until 9th April to protect the soft ground from irreversible compactaction damage. The flood waters are receeding and the meadow will start to dry weather permiting and hopefully in time to see the fritillaries in April. Check back here for further updates.
The right of way across North Meadow is not affected by the closure notice but it is under water at present see picture above. To avoid trampling damage to the National Nature Reserve it is best not to use this route until the ground conditions improve.
The notice says that public rights of way are not affected. How does it affect the public rights of way which actually cross part of the site? Can the site be viewed from any points outside the restricted area?

I have added at picture of the right of way taken yesterday showing it is under water at present. If you are planning to visit to see the fritillaries I suggest you delay your visit until April when ground conditions will hopefully have improved. There is little to see at present as the fritillaries are just emerging and will not flower until April.
Are we able to visit tomorrow to see fritallaria?
